Since my last post I've been doing a lot of experimenting with the physical elements of my healing. My left side muscles are a lot stronger and I'm able to do a lot more things which are active. I've been testing myself to do things for longer periods of time. I had a car accident, which wasn't my fault so I've been having physio to heal my shoulder, and I had a lymph node scare under my throat. I almost didn't get to travel due to the swelling.
I decided to finish off my healing with some travelling abroad so I can get some natural Vitamin D from the sun, soaking in the sea, I had no spasms whilst in these environments.
Throughout the early parts of my stay I had to go on a Coconut Fast for 7 days, with some Lymphatic massaging to reduce the swelling. I had a scan in December, and was told to return if the swelling returned, if it did they would need to put an needle in to get a sample of the fluid and possibly refer me to the Lymphologist Dept. I was scared because the swelling was not only big but also very painful, even to speak. SO I boosted up on liquid Chlorophyll, Colloidal Silver in the Coconut Water and guess what?...Yes the swelling went down completely. I ate no food. Only drank extra water and had the odd Green Smoothie.
I had to wean myself on foods by having smoothies first and then gradually introduce fruit and small amounts of foods, but I was starving when it was finished, I was happy to get that sorted at least. I now have to sort out the frozen or damaged tissue in my right shoulder.
After these sessions are finished I desire to do some jogging and return to yoga. So the accident has caused a slight pause on my exercise routines. But I do a lot of walking, dancing, and fun things like swimming or I should say moving in the water.
I have noticed that the symptoms have gone back to how it was in the beginning. But I still get the spasms around my rib cage area. Apparently I've ben doing some more research and have to look into repairing the Mylene Sheath from the nervous system. I totally overlooked this. So another visit to my nutritionist is an absolute must.
I am fit enough to go back into work full time and that is fantastic. I decided to start up a new business in December and so far things are looking up, I've met some wonderful people along the way before I decide to launch, and I'm taking my time so I dont become overly stressed from the workload. It takes a lot of dedication to complete each task and to stay focused.
But overall I am happy, and feeling a lot more relaxed. I've also started sacred womb healing since January and it's helped in so many ways. No one feels sexy or desirable when worrying about there body and health. Your focus is totally on you and the healing because you want to get better. And I've started another Yoni Blog and that's coming on nicely.
