It's a long road to heal yourself...there are many methods that you can use for healing.
Supplements are just that, in order to see any results you would need to maintain a healthy balanced diet.
Homeopathy and Ayurvedic are which I'll be venturing into next.

You can heal yourself at any time, some can do raw, some may not, but balancing the body, checking your organ health and your immune system is essential to maintaining a healthier lifestyle. Eliminate as much processed foods and sugars as possible, eat fresher, organic foods, use Probiotics, to boost your immune system.
This keeps the body balanced and helps the body to fight off any ailments or dis-ease. Processed foods cause acidic build up in the body, this is toxic, the body has to overwork itself to heal in this process. You have to listen to the signs, stress is unfortunately part of life, may not be yours but through others...so keep the body fighting fit so it can support you internally and externally.
This isn't the end but only the beginning of loving and nurturing my life force.

UPDATE: My health deteriorated due to symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis, in some cases Spondylodis can be misdiagnosed incorrectly. Confirmation from valued doctors confirmed many concerns about what I was having, about going down the surgical route. It was too risky with progressed sensory symptoms.
My choice is not to go down the surgical route. I've realised that some arrogant Consultants and Doctors can kill you! Always have your health interest at heart. Once researching into MS, I have changed my diet, already I have been feeling much better, with faster results than before. My adrenals were the key factor. I'm having another MRI Scan to see recent changes.
