Day 86 - I've decided to keep it going for 100 days. (17th Dec 2013) I'm not so good on videos, but will try another time. This isn't going to be the only challenge I'll be doing.
I saw my GP and as expected I didn't get the support as requested to be referred to a holistic clinic. My GP's response was there is no evidence that alternative therapies work.
Well...that sure needs to change don't many of us know it.
So I wait to see my nutritionist again next week, my GP said I need to take a month off work to rest as much as possible. Resting heals the body in so many ways so give thanks for that.
I'm not going to go back to the doctors anymore, I've built up a wonderful professional relationship with my nutritionist and would like to continue.
I will venture into these instructions too...
"Ayurveda medicines and therapies can very well help. But lifestyle and exercises play a vital role in solving this problem.
Dasamoolam Kashayam 15 ml + 50 ml of warm milk – Twice daily 30 minutes before food with 2 cervilon tablets can help you a lot.
External application of Dhanvanthram Thailam followed by warm water bath rejuvenates the muscles and tissues which in turn helps you.
Ayurveda therapies like Kati Vasti, Pizchil and Navara Kizhi can solve this problem completely."
The pain being psychological still needs to heal from the inside out. I went to an alchemic meditation group and wow what an effect it has - it's so profound. Feeling in this moment can help in so many ways. You have to feel it to believe it. And meeting up with positive people can give you such an uplift. Each day makes a difference. I'm embracing this healing with love and care for self.
I'm going deeper into this, I'm amazed everytime I go. I treated myself to a few items.
"I'm being uplifted into the unknown, feeling and recognising the support of universal positiveness."
"I am sacred and continue to move on through the doorway of sacredness"
Give thanks for these times, for it is wonderful and bright.
