I can actually smell and taste the foods that I ate before...IT'S REALLY WEIRD!
I've been having lots of meditations where I am very high or spinning, my body weight has decreased, I'm not jumping on a scale my focus is on my condition of health. Still getting twinges in my side, but my neck started to hurt me a lot, maybe this is the clearing process. Healing naturally takes longer to heal. Have had to have lots of back massages, hit drinks to create more heat in my body.
So far I have spoken a lot about my emotions and experiences...I did this Lemon Ginger Blaster for 5 days have a look at this Youtube clip http://youtu.be/Ha2m-xxjbwg, maybe have to keep using this in the week, until I get some definite changes.
I've introduced smoothies into this juice fast as my hunger pangs are making me quite weak, but that's due to the depleted energy levels if the day drags out very long. I'm having to take juices with me, because finding raw juices on the high street isn't always easy. Supermarkets are a great big no no! apart from water, and Organic Fruit and Veg which is expensive and limited. I wouldn't rely on these sources, use your local farmers markets. Seasonally Fruit and Veg differ, so find the right recipes for the appropriate season.
Today I had:
Breakfast....Oats, Banana, Cashew, Honey, Almond Milk, Spirulina & Chlorella smoothie
Lunch... Spinach, Kale, Beet Sprouts, Lime, Ginger, Cucumber for Lunch
Dinner...Cinnamon Tea, Water before retiring.
2 litres of water is needed each day so not to dehydrate yourself. The Almond Milk is a bit heavy, starting to get mucus in my throat.
I still take my Solgar acidipholis supplement, Magnesium, MSM, Q10 enzymes for my pain management, and bone regrowth.
Having gone through the day the neck pain is subsiding, I think my body needed a little bit more rest.
Tomorrow is another day, the hardest is preparing food for the rest of the family, sometimes you get those moments whilst tasting the food, and your like oops what am I doing? Good thing it was a little bit for the taste buds. I will have to get them to try it or add to their own tastes.
