Wild Endive Plus - A
My nutritionist recommended taking this to relieve the inflammatory pain and pain from the nerve damage.
There isn't much information out there on this supplement, a lot of testimonials say that it's treated candida issues; bloating, migraines, diabetes, high blood pressure etc so I'm relying on my experiences to see how this works out.

So overall it seems to be combined with a lot of great plants and herbs for detoxing, functioning of organs, regenerating cells, hair and skin, encouraging good gut health.
Day 1 - Hadn't noticed much but I did perspire a lot at bedtime, reminds me of when I took the Chinese herb "He Shou Wo". Woke up with no spasms. My skin feels a lot softer. It's a strong combination because my urine was slightly darker.
My Organic Reishi Powder has finished and I'm noticing the difference, I've ordered more and I got a great deal too from www.earthfare.co.uk. I'll continue with the Wild Endive until the supplements have finished. I'll post as an when necessary.
This will prepare me for the "Liver Cleanse" next month.
